We were asked to refurbish seven executive hotel bedrooms, with an aim to appeal to a business market, while still meeting all AA standards.
This was achieved with a rich but neutral colour scheme accented with bright colours. Dressing and bedside tables were bespoke-designed by us, and handmade by a local artisan. Fitted furniture was manufactured by us from birch ply, in our own designs.
The en-suite bathrooms feature a polished travertine floor with simple white wall tiles and tongue-and-groove, painted in a rich and unusual petrol colour. This offset the classic white ware and fixtures, and went well with the traditional mirrors in deep pink gloss and the really special vanity units inlaid with beautiful pearl tiles for a luxurious feel.
